"Sea Star" Chocolate Bar

This was an impulse buy at Eastside Marketplace yesterday. A locally-made chocolate bar? This could not be passed up. It's a 64% cacao bar with sea salt - you can kind of make out the sea salt below:

I love how the bar is totally smooth (please ignore the missing chunk I broke off and devoured before taking the pic). I don't think I've ever seen a chocolate bar that didn't have the company name stamped into it or that wasn't segmented into little squares. The aesthetics of a blank, shiny piece of dark chocolate are very pleasing.

And above all, this was so delicious it has instantly become one of my favorite bars. Salt and chocolate may seem like a weird combination, but one taste and you will be a believer!
