Blueberry Muffins

G and I hiked around Purgatory Chasm in Northridge, MA today. Afterwards we stopped at Foppema's Farm, an awesome, working farm with lots of delicious produce and other delightful sundries like honey, maple syrup and folk art stuff.


Across the street they had a giant field of blueberries, so of course I had to buy some, which resulted in these lovely muffins courtesy of this Alton Brown recipe.


Just an FYI: 12 1/2 ounces is about 1 and 1/2 cups. These were super quick and so good!! They also cooked very quickly (in my oven, anyway): the recipe says 20-25 minutes but my batch was done in about 18 minutes.
