Inspired by New York Magazine's New York Diet feature, here's my complete food intake from Tuesday, July 12:

8am Work Packet of organic oatmeal, box of single-serve organic raisins. Water (that's all I drank all day, so I won't keep repeating it).
10:15am Work Egg on a roll, top part of roll discarded.
11am Work Two Viactiv calcium chews, one Target-brand multivitamin.
12:30pm Work Small tomato florentine soup and piece of whole-grain bread from Hale 'N Hearty soups, small piece of milk chocolate.
3:30pm Work Handful of "deep sea salted" Gen Soy soy crisps.
5pm NYU Midtown Campus, 42nd St. Small green salad with tofu, carrots, chickpeas, red onion and balsamic vinegrette dressing from Hale 'N Hearty.
5:45pm Class Few squares of Green and Black's organic dark chocolate from Pret a Manger.
7:30pm Class Few more squares.
10pm Home Handful of blue corn tortilla chips with Rick Bayless' Frontera salsa.
10:30pm Home Few spoonfulls of Annie's with broccoli and tofu dog (made to bring for lunch the next day), half a Corona.

I feel like I ate a lot yesterday, but then again I was up at 6am and didn't go to bed until midnight. That takes some fuel! I like "The Executive's" Diet (page 4). Sounds like she's following the French Women Don't Get Fat method of eating.
