Eggs

The other night for dinner I had an unusual craving for scrambled eggs, green salad, and cheese. Voila.

While I'm on the subject of eggs, Wiley has just published this lovely little book called, yes, Eggs. It has lots of really nice color photographs (and good recipes!)
