Szechuan Tofu


Mmm Mmm. This is the second vat of Szechuan tofu I've made this week. Recipe is from Tofu 1-2-3. The sauce calls for two tablespoons of maple syrup, but I thought that made it too sweet, so I only used one this time. It also called for hot sauce along with red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper, but I left out the sauce since I don't like my food too fiery. This is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had it for breakfast at work the other day and I felt super energized.
