Loaded with chocolate chips, as you can see. I used this recipe from Orangette. The cinnamon-sugar topping cooked up nice and crisp, but then there was a layer of mush underneath, like it hadn't cooked! But then the rest was cooked. Strange. I actually liked the mushy-ness, but I remember thinking I wouldn't serve it to people assuming most people wouldn't care for it. But lo and behold, G brought his classmates over after a whirlwind class trip to NYC and the pan was devoured. Not sure if because it was so delicious, or because you'd basically eat anything after an 8 hour bus ride. Whatever!
